Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. General Policy

We aim to provide clear and fair terms for all our services. Please note that cancellation and refund conditions may vary depending on the type of service, as each involves different operational costs and arrangements.

  • By making a payment, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take approximately 5–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Please note that certain transaction fees (such as credit card or payment gateway fees) may be non-refundable.
  1. Private Transfer Services

Cancellation Terms

  • More than 24 hours in advance → 100% refund
  • Less than 24 hours in advance → 50% refund
  • Less than 12 hours or No-show → No refund

Additional Conditions

  • You may reschedule free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Complimentary waiting time is provided (e.g., 60–90 minutes for airport pick-up).
  • If we are unable to contact you within the waiting period, it will be considered a No-show.
  1. Tour Package Policy

Cancellation Terms

  • More than 7 days in advance → 100% refund
  • 3–7 days in advance → 50% refund
  • Less than 72 hours → No refund

Additional Conditions

  • Certain components (e.g., attraction tickets, special activities, hotels, or confirmed services) may be non-refundable.
  • Changes to the itinerary may incur additional charges, depending on third-party providers.

Flight Booking (if arranged by us)

If we assist with booking flights (domestic or international):

  • Airline policies and fare conditions will apply.
  • Some tickets may be non-refundable, non-changeable, or have strict conditions.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on airline approval, minus applicable fees (airline, agent, or payment fees).
  • All requests are reviewed case by case, depending on airline rules, timing, and ticket status.
  • We cannot guarantee full refunds or specific processing timelines, as these depend on the airline.
  • For any changes (dates, names, etc.), we will check availability and fees with the airline before proceeding.
  1. Medical Tourism Services

Due to the nature of medical planning and doctor appointments, additional conditions apply.

Payment & Deposit

  • A deposit (typically 20–50%) is required to confirm your booking.
  • This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures medical appointments and services.

Cancellation Terms

  • More than 14 days in advance → Partial refund (excluding deposit and incurred costs)
  • Less than 14 days → No refund or subject to case-by-case review

Medical Requirements

  • Clients must provide accurate and complete medical information and documents.
  • Failure to do so may result in denial of refunds for related services.

Doctor’s Evaluation

  • Doctors and medical providers reserve the right to determine whether treatment is appropriate.
  • If treatment is declined for medical reasons, refunds will be considered based on actual costs incurred and provider conditions.

Flight Booking (if included)

  • Airline rules and fare conditions apply.
  • Tickets may have restrictions (non-refundable, non-changeable, or high change fees).
  • Refunds are handled case by case, depending on airline policies, timing, and documentation.
  • In medical-related cancellations, we may assist in coordinating with airlines, but cannot guarantee approval of refunds or fee waivers.
  • If approved, refunds will be based on the actual amount received, after deducting applicable fees.
  • Processing time depends on the airline or ticket issuer.

Liability Disclaimer

  • We act as a coordinator between clients, hospitals, airlines, and service providers.
  • We are not the airline or medical provider, and therefore cannot guarantee:
    • Refund approvals
    • Ticket changes
    • Medical outcomes
  1. Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, natural disasters, or emergencies), we will do our best to assist you.

  • Changes or refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the situation.
